As a member of a dynamic team of committed professionals helping Job Seekers to get hired in Canada and the USA, the primary responsibilities of our Resume Writer / Job Developer are to:

• Write and edit unique, compelling, and visually appealing resumes in Canadian/USA style formats using Microsoft Word. 
• Evaluate the Job Seekers’ experience and skills and match them to potential job openings and employers.

This is a remote contract position. We provide a steady supply of projects.

The desired candidate must:

• Posses at least 3 years of professional resume writing experience (CPRWs preferred!), including writing resumes for mid-level and above 
• Have Canadian / USA resume writing experience
• Demonstrate extraordinary writing and editing skills, impeccable attention to detail, and superb time management 
• Know multiple resume formats for a variety of disciplines and industries
• Have experience writing/creating keyword-rich resumes
• Possess impeccable communication skills, as you will be required to contact clients to extract important information
• Be disciplined, self-motivated, able to work effectively without supervision, and able to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Job Types: 

• Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Permanent

Compensation: 

• Performance-based compensation with projected earnings of CAD $2,000 to over $8,000 per month

Conducting research to identify jobs and companies and the appropriate Hiring Decision Makers (HDMs) for the positions being sought by clients

 The desired candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a desire to help people achieve their career goals;
• Proven ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines,
• Demonstrated discipline, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively unsupervised,
• Solid research skills and abilities in using the Internet, e-mail, and Microsoft Office applications,
• Experience with online search tools, Google, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Facebook Twitter, and other job posting and popular social media sites.

The primary function of our B2B Outbound TeleService Associate is communicating with employers to promote our free services and resources and to present and request interviews for our Job Seeker Clients.

This is your perfect opportunity if you enjoy business-to-business telephone work, but not the pressure of having to actually 'sell' anything.

The desired candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• B2B outbound Telesales or Telemarketing experience,
• Experience using and following a script,
• Excellent phone manner and articulation,
• Confident in speaking with professionals at all levels,
• Excellent interpersonal skills,
• Desire to help people achieve their career goals,
• Proven ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines,
• Demonstrated discipline and self-motivation,
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively unsupervised,
• Solid abilities in using the Internet, e-mail, and Microsoft Office applications.
