Service Scope:
Each ProFollow™ follow-up includes professional outreach to one employer per job application. Our team will identify and contact the most appropriate person—typically the hiring manager, recruiter, or HR representative—via phone and email or LinkedIn. We will persistently follow up until we receive a response (interview invitation, decline, or meaningful feedback).
Package Expiration:
All ProFollow™ follow-ups must be used within the following timeframes based on the size of your package:
After the expiration period, unused follow-ups will be forfeited and are non-refundable. Extensions may be available for a small administrative fee—please contact us before your package expires.
Usage & Submissions:
Clients are responsible for providing the job posting, company name, and the date they applied. Outreach will begin within 1–3 business days after we receive the necessary information.
Results & Limitations:
We cannot guarantee interviews or job offers. However, by increasing visibility and obtaining feedback, ProFollow™ significantly boosts response rates and overall engagement from employers.
