Primary Responsibilities
As a member of a dynamic team of committed professionals helping Job Seekers to get hired in Canada and the USA, the primary responsibilities of a Resume Writing / Job Development Partner are to:
- Write and edit unique, compelling, and visually appealing resumes in Canadian/USA style formats using Microsoft Word.
- Evaluate the Job Seekers’ experience and skills and match them to potential job openings and employers.
What we look for:
- At least 3 years of professional resume writing experience (CPRWs preferred!), including writing resumes for mid-level and above
- Canadian / USA resume writing experience
- Extraordinary writing and editing skills, impeccable attention to detail, and superb time management
- Produced multiple resume formats for a variety of disciplines and industries
- Experience crafting keyword-rich resumes
- Impeccable communication skills for working directly with clients to extract important information
- Disciplined, self-motivated, proven to work effectively without supervision, handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience with Apollo, SingalHire, Hunter, ChatGPT, Google, and LinkedIn.
Commitment Required:
- Full or Part-time (minimum 20 hours per week)

The CRM Partner establishes, nurtures, and grows relationships to create and retain customer loyalty and preference by establishing rapport, helping plan and develop customer-focused programs, resolving customer concerns, and facilitating service delivery.
What we look for:
- Account management or customer service experience, preferably working remotely,
- Excellent English communication skills (any second language is an asset),
- Strong reading comprehension,
- Superior interpersonal skills and a true desire to help people achieve their career goals,
- Confidence in speaking with both consumers and business professionals, including recruiters, managers, executives, and owners at all levels,
- Demonstrated professional and friendly interpersonal manner,
- Demonstrated discipline, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively unsupervised,
- Proven to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
